Yes i do low calorie low sugar high whey protein diet and i been doing maybe 5months and it really is helping.

I do the whey protein as well and limit my carb intake as I find pasta , rice and bread bloat me and increase sweating, mine is all cranial sweats which is most embarrassing, I actually moved to Spain from England as it’s so much hotter and everyone sweats so I don’t feel so embarrassed, crazy but I was so depressed in Winter in the Uk when people questioned why I was sweating that’s the extreme of how I feel. I wish there was a cure my hair is always soaked even in cold temperatures
