Sweating And Weight
Yes i agree , that cos i am heavier, i sweat more, but this is ridiculous
Is there a connection or not? You can be normal weight and still sweat
I have had this condition since i was 20, and i maybe weighed a little less then i do now, but i still had the sweating.
Not just little sweats, like "oh boy its hot' I mean constant running down my face, head , neck, hair dripping like i have just got out of the shower.
I am a hermit now, i hate being like this, and dont want anyone seeing me sweat… read more
I have the Same problem. I went to my dermatologist and they gave me a box of Qbrex. Im not over weight, in fact IM thin and have the same problem for many years. They work. You have to use it every day or night. Even in winter.. Try QBREX. I think you will get some relief. I don't know what I would do without the QBREX .Try it. I think you have to see the dermatologist because regular Drs don't know about hyper hydrosis
I you will get relief. Good luck.
Similar here. As soon as I have a shower it's like having a switch turning on the sweat. Mine's mostly head, but by the time I'm dressed my first layer is drenched. Hair saturated & if I have to go out I try & leave any makeup till last thing or it just washes off. Each time I leave the house I feel like it's a huge job just getting ready. For so long now I just only go for appointments so I don't feel drenched, embarrassed & just wiped. I have so many other health issues it's I'm just over trying to find answers. Now with COVID more people look at you like - keep away. 🥺
Ok. Whinge over. Another day....Take care 🍀☕
I experience the same thing. Take a shower, sweating begins. I try to dry my hair but it’s useless. Makeup just melts off.
I have the same problem. I never used to even sweat under my arms . Like you sweat pours down my face and neck and drips off my forehead into my eyes. I have to carry a sandwich bag with ice in it and a damp washcloth. I have come to believe it is caused by an antidepressant I was put in about 2 yrs ago because that's when it started. I read up on it and it said it could cause sweating.
I’ve never heard of this stuff, but am in the UK. I’ve waited over 4 years to finally get an appointment with a dermatologist and when I did, it got cancelled the day before. A few months later after many more re arranged and again cancelled appointments, I finally spoke to a dermatologist. I’ve still never actually met her as covid is screwing everything up.
